Return Policy
With us, you always have fourteen (14) days right of withdrawal after receiving the item. If you want to return an item for exchange or repurchase during this time, please contact us at info@envybeautymakeup.com.
You as a consumer have the right to examine the product (does not apply to films and TV games). If any of these products is wrapped in plastic, it is not included in the right of withdrawal in case of broken sealing.
If you return an unused product with associated labels and packaging within 14 days of receiving the item, the full amount will be refunded.
In the case of a right of withdrawal/open purchase, we do not reimburse shipping costs to us and the responsibility for the shipment reaching us lies with you as a consumer, so it is you as a consumer who is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of an canceled purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.
You decide how you send the item back. It is fine if you send the return as a normal letter with stamps or send the return traceable. If you want to send the return traceable, you must send it directly to us as we do not collect shipments from agents. You can buy a prepaid & trackable return shipping slip from us if you contact customer service.
Do you need help & guidance with how to send the return back? Go to your nearest post office and ask for help. If you still send to a post office, the package will be returned to you automatically after 7 days.
It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not stuck to the product's original packaging.
In the event of defective packaging or obvious damage to the product, a price deduction of at least 30% of the product's value will be made and in case of significant damage, repurchase may be refused.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. To be sure that your return arrives, we recommend that you always send trackable directly to the company's address.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must announce that you regret it. The message should be sent to us info@envybeautymakeup.com. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
Returns must be made to us according to the methods and instructions we provide.
You pay for the return postage yourself. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery or cash on delivery. Save your delivery receipt - remember that you are responsible for return shipping! ENVY BEAUTY & MAKEUP assumes no responsibility for transport damage as a result of poor packaging on return.
ATTENTION! Send a reference to your order, such as an Order Number or Delivery Note/Invoice, otherwise your return will not be processed.
When the return is received, the entire case is cancelled.
